Somewhere in the outskirts of a city within a weathered concrete slab marked by the constant passage of wheels and rain resides a peculiar crack. Smaller than an earlobe piercing and narrower than the needles eye that pierced it it is a minuscule imperfection unnoticed by those rushing past.

Within this crevice beyond the underground coral reefs lies a nebula named Hyphos. In its ethereal expanse unique creatures, the Hyphocees, flourish in vast nurseries, originating from spores dispersed by a benevolent hand.

These beings hatch with a singular goal: to survive undergo metamorphosis and one day journey to the surface. There in the sunlight they seek the coveted skin of humans on which they will gently settle.

Reflecting light and forming a symbiotic connection with their host the Hyphocees protect the body, deepening their bond over time. Regardless of challenges their loyalty to their host remains unwavering.
