Shipping Information

All Lucas Bauer jewellery pieces are shipped in a branded box. Inside each box, you will find a travel pouch and a polishing cloth.

Each jewellery piece is made to order, meaning we do not keep stock. Every order is handcrafted after purchase, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you require your order sooner, please contact us at hi@lucasbauerjewellery.com to discuss expedited options.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for the shipment.

Shipping Worldwide

We offer worldwide shipping using trusted couriers such as Colissimo, DHL, FedEx, and UPS, ensuring that your jewellery is securely delivered to you. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on your location.

Customs and Duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Local Pickup

If you prefer to pick up your order in person, we offer a pick-up option in Paris (75018). Please contact hi@lucasbauerjewellery.com to schedule a pick-up time.

Packaging and Presentation

Each piece is carefully packed with attention to detail to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We use high-quality, branded packaging, and include a travel pouch and polishing cloth with each order, perfect for keeping your jewellery safe and shiny on the go.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the respective courier’s website (e.g., Colissimo, DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at hi@lucasbauerjewellery.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your jewellery.

Delayed Shipments

In the rare event that your order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays or courier issues), we will notify you promptly and provide updates on the expected delivery date. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do everything we can to ensure your jewellery reaches you as soon as possible.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

As each piece is made to order, we begin production as soon as your order is placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hi@lucasbauerjewellery.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes cannot be made once production has begun.
