Availability and preparation
Availability and any made-to-order production are explained on each product page. POSIDONIES originals shown as available are completed jewels; purchase is limited to actual stock. Production time for a new creation is separate from delivery.
Destinations, charges and timeframes
The destinations and services actually available, their charges and applicable delivery timeframe are shown before payment is confirmed. POSIDONIES originals follow the same conditions by destination as HYPHOS.
The currently configured zones show: France, EUR 10 and 2–3 business weeks; eligible European Union countries, EUR 15 and 3–4 business weeks; eligible international destinations, EUR 35 and 3–4 business weeks. The terms and charges offered at checkout for your address and currency take precedence over these general indications; they do not promise delivery to every country. The date or delivery period applicable to your order is communicated before you commit.
The currently enabled international destinations include Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States, subject to the services actually offered at checkout for your address.
Made-to-order creations
POSIDONIES made-to-order creations can be purchased directly. Production generally takes 6 to 8 weeks, or 8 to 12 weeks for THELXINOÉ, as stated on each product page. Production time is separate from shipping: add the applicable delivery period for your destination shown above and at checkout. Optional preferences may be shared when ordering or afterwards; information essential to making the jewel must be confirmed before production begins.
Dispatch and tracking
Each jewel is carefully protected in its presentation box, with a pouch and polishing cloth. Available tracking information is provided when it is dispatched. For loss, damage or delay, contact hi@lucasbauerjewellery.com. Our statutory obligations, including for late delivery or lack of conformity, remain applicable.
Customs and international markets
Import duties, taxes or fees may apply depending on the destination. Their treatment follows the terms presented before payment and the relevant market rules. Currencies and taxes may differ between markets; the French price is not a promise of an identical price in every country.
Collection in person
Collection in Paris may be arranged by appointment with the atelier. Select only a pickup option actually offered at checkout, or contact us before ordering to arrange the process. No appointment is booked automatically and no unconfirmed meeting address is assumed.
Withdrawal and statutory guarantees
Starting production of a non-personalised design does not remove your right of withdrawal. Please read our returns and refund policy. Statutory guarantees remain applicable.
